The Cairns Bowls Club is governed under a two tier system comprising the Management Committee, holding the purse strings and endeavouring to expand the social aspects, and the Bowls Committee who control all games and the direction of all bowling activities. The Club is managed by a Secretary/Manager who reports directly to the Management Committee.
