Functions at the Cairns Bowls Club

Our Functions room is available to hire for almost any occasion from family celebrations through to corporate events including meetings and training.

It is fully air conditioned with its own entry/exit,and own bar so privacy is assured.

The cost to hire our function room is $150 for Cocktail parties, $225 for sit down buffet meals (all linen and napkins included), and $275 for wedding receptions (all linen, bridal table skirting and napkins included), a choice of two colours of napkins to compliment your theme, all bar attendants and buffet attendants to assist your guests.
There are no additional cleaning costs.

We can comfortably seat and cater for up to 150 guests per function.

Our experience of many years enables us to assist you with planning every detail of your event and our comprehensive list of reliable contacts covering areas from decorations, entertainment and audio/visual equipment is available to offer you advice in making your function a success.
